Cleveland is a nice medium sized town, nice people, nice and clean, nice, nice, nice! Not a lot about the place though really. This was my visit really, Kristina could not have cared less if we had gone on straight through to Chicago, but I had my heart set on a day at the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame. I got my wish, whilst Kristina busied herself elsewhere in town (and back at the hotel) I spent the best part of six hours at the Rock Hall and loved every minute of it.

The displays are impressive and vast, it was annoying that you were not allowed to take photos and some of the multimedia stuff was not working perfectly but that was me being very picky!

I learnt a lot of the history of the genre, but being a big music fan I was pleased that it taught me so much more than I already knew. It is a great place to see a lot of the outfits, instruments and promotional stuff of some true music legends. Also I was proud of all the British bands that were honoured in the museum, although not surprising as we as a nation just get it when it come to good music and being cool! I say this as I just had to laugh at the middle aged Americans that were hilariously singing and dancing along to the exhibits, it was quite sweet really!

The hall of fame show itself takes about an hour to watch, with all the inductees being covered to some extent. I was pretty beat when I finally walked back to the hotel, but I was pretty swift on my feet as I wanted to get back to my ipod and listen to some of the artistsI had been hearing all day.

Onto Chicago, where we are back among couchsurfing hosts!
