Well the car did its job and we clocked just below 2000k in a week, not bad going. We have been north to south and East to west. Heres a few highlight of the trip.

Niagra Falls

WOW. I think thats a fitting start! if you have seen it up close you know what I mean. We had to do the "Maid of the Mist" which got us up pretty close. I did however notice that boats 6 & 7 were only running, it did make me wonder what had happened to boats 1 to 5! I must admit we were surprised at how close we did get to the falls and how powerful they felt and how wet we got. see the pics.

I did want to send KT over in a barrel but its now illegal, shame. Worth a visit is the Imax cinema, not for the cinema but for the small museum of the people and their crafts that have gone over the falls. They must be/been mad!

St Jacobs

More of the Amish to be seen here with as lovely little village and farmers market. My dad would have loved the produce being sold. We finally got our Amish quilt although its more of a wall hanging in size as they are soooooooo expensive.

Brantford Indian Reserve

A short trip from Niagra and you come to Brantford. On the outskirts is a small Indian Village set up mainly for tourists. The village shows how they used to live. Health and safety would have a field day in a place like this.

Toronto

What a city and so diverse. We are staying in the best area, Kensington Market just of Spadina. We struck lucky with the Hostel that has just opened with two great hosts(Kensington Castle.com) very keen and helpful.

Tonight its of to the CN Tower for dinner and then a flight to Chicago in the morning. Hope everyone is well and enjoyed there bank holiday.
