This was my dream:
There was a wild storm in Mount Abu and strangely, the lady leader of the Brahma Kumari's was dancing naked in it. This dancing would last for two days, nakedness being exposed to cold, wind and rain, and was a tradition to ensure the fertility of the land. But, as a consequence of this, the lady became ill and I overheard other Brahma Kumari's discussing her situation saying that her illness was serious and she was not going to get better.
We breakfasted at the Veena, which was quickly our favourite eating place. I had porridge followed by cheese masala ootapum, although Jai pinched most of my cheese.
Some of the locals were pushing trolleys around which was a taxi system unique to Abu. IT now became their habit to try persuading us to put Jai in one.
At the shops I bought an Indian embroidered skirt and Andy bought some amazing old elephants of painted wood and metal, they were brill.
In the afternoon we got a jeep out to the Jain Dilwara temples which were beautifully carved in marble, then we had a nature exploration in the grounds of the Bikaner Palace, discovering interesting seed types.
We got a jeep back and ate at a South Indian restaurant before retiring to our hotel.
