It's an ok place with a long stretch of beach but nothing compared to some beaches I've seen so far. It's full of holiday-makers & it's exactly what I imagine Magalluf to be like! It's probably the most commercial & tackiest part of Phuket.
I will say one thing though...........the night life is very good! A huge number of bars & clubs to choose from.
I met a couple of dutch girls, an aussie called Sam & a couple of americans & have been hanging out with them. Mainly drinking at Happy Night Bar where ladyboys dance on a podium all night! All good clean fun!!!
Then Joe & Steve (another aussie I met in Unawatuna) got out here & we had a crazy night out before deciding to head to Phi Phi which I'm really looking forward to.
It's also really expensive here but my room did have a telly in it which was a bonus. Been watching lots of films on Star Movies!!
