Walking around and shopping since Sunday, left me so tired to even blog. Since we decided to go back to the hotel early this morning, I had some free time to do this before finishing up packing my bag :)
Yesterday, We headed to Chatuchak early in the morning. I was so excited to buy some new clothes for my closet. I promised myself that I would go home with a suitcase full of new clothes and things. It was so hot inside the market and we were all so tired and sweaty. I was so happy with the great bargains I made and can't wait to use all of them.
We went back to the hotel after that 'cos my dad needs to catch his plane back to Hong Kong (and make some more money for our shopping spree, hehe). We headed to different malls where we went to every familiar shop. I was actually amazed that tourists get vat refunds for every 2000 Baht spent. We were getting 7% of our money back! We spent most of or time walking and trying things out that I couldn't take pictures of the wonderful things we saw, but here are some!
We continued our shopping spree this morning before packing up. I got this picture with the Thailand Tuktuk and their colorful taxis:
I'm so happy with this trip. This is my first travel with a different timezone (-1) and is kinda a practice before I set out for my trip to Brazil, haha!
