So I escorted my first tour in Corfu. Crew can go on any of the guest tours for free (and they are extremely expensive tours) as long as you are an escort. Pretty much the only thing you have to do is make sure everyobe gets back on the bus. The tour was called "A Taste of Corfu".

We went to this restaurant on the outskirts of the town. It was a very traditional Greek restaurant and the food was sooooo good. The Chef came out and did a cooking demonstration of everything they served us. He didn't speak a word of English though, so everything was translated by the tour guide.

Afterwards we went to the Old Town (where I had been last time we were in Corfu) and had 45 minutes of free time.

In my opinion the tour was completely overpriced considering you really only get lunch (I won't even tell you how much the guests pay for it). But I had a good time :)

Nothing else really exciting happening...3 more weeks until I'm home though!!

The tour was only a food demonstration? Obviously the people on this cruise are rich, lol.

I am sure the ship is full of rich people who are just trying to fill thier lives with excitment and different experiences.. but didn't the tour take you anywhere else.. into town or up the mountains, ot monuments.. a popular beach :s well I am glad you didn't have to pay for it ;)
