So the day has finally come. I actually fly out this evening. I went out for breakfast with Erin this morning, which was great...although 9am on Father's Day is not a good time to go out for breakfast!

I'm still in the process of packing...yes I leave for the airport in less than 3 hours and I am still not done. It is quite hard to decide which items to part with for 8 weeks, but I'm managing!

Thank goodness for overnight flights so hopefully I will be able to catch a few hours of sleep...I will definately have to fill everyone in on the shenanigans that I'm sure will happen (me flying solo for the first time, WITH a layover).

Well I should finish packing before I miss my flight...talk to you all soon! -Shan
