Here I am in Nogales!
I do have a fondness for Mexico.  I haven't been to a border town before, so it was interesting to see how it all works.  The big fence that runs between the two countries has crosses sprayed on it where people have died trying to cross the border.

We had a bit of a wander around the stalls, and then headed off to a fab restaurant for lunch.  Ben who runs the EFP plant in Nogales was rather impressed with how much Spanish I knew (hardly any really, but for some reason I do have better understanding when it comes to ordering food and drink...)  "Margarita por favor" just flows off the tongue!  I asked Ben to choose a local dish for me to try.  Now I can't remember what it was called, but it had thick strips of barbequed beef served with a chicken and peppers enchilada, some guacamole and a salad.  Yummy! After that we went off to the factory where we talked some business...some useful ideas shared I think.  Then back across the border to fly back to LA and on to Toronto.
