We got the 4.5 hour bus from Jaigon to Silliguri and arived in the early evening. We walked to the hotel oposite and got hasstled so much by people trying to offer us bus journies to places we didnt want to go!!

After about 20 mins we got to our hotel and once again got some food and then got an early night. This traveling malarchy is tiring!!!

Today (2/9/06) we leave for Calcutta, However, it is not till 8pm so we had a lazy mornng and all afternoon (4.5 hours and counting) i have been on this internet doing all the photos i have outstanding and they are all completed now - hurrah!!!!

We wil now eat and then wait around for a couple of hours before getting a rickshaw to the trainstation at 6pm.

All being well we should be in Calcutta tomorrow morning.
