The bus indeed dropped us 5km from Punta Del Diablo. We walked a bit (about 1 minute) and then got picked up as soon as Sarah stuck out her thumb and droped in the centre.

Punta Del Diablo is also very expensive to stay but the campsite is 3km from the centre and Sarah is not keen - she wants to sleep rough in a field with a load of hippies net to a load of houses loking down on us but im not keen so we are staying in a REALLY NICE PLACE for $25 a night between us - its a lot but its an appartment. Our own porch, lounge, dining room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom - not to mention balcony and BBQ with a great view - not bad value :-)

Punta Del Diablo is touristy - it is also great. The weather is still amazing and this was once a fishing port and now has lots of cool multicoloured buildings - all varying in style. It has 3 amazing beaches. It has some good shops and some cool bars - what more could anyone need?

We spent our couple of days here sunning ourselves, walking around and eating a lot - there really isnt much to write in these entries but about the weather and the tranquility of the place - thats all there is but they are great, and of course Uruaguay and the countries people are also great - so is life :-)
