We visited a to a waterfall today.

I'll let the pictures do the talking on this one after, regarding yesterday's entry, Steve chided me with, "Bloody hell, babe. You fink you're writing for the Guardian or sumink?". He's right though. No amount of me waxing lyrical could describe quite how perfect it was, so you'd best have a gander yourself.

Our journey to the waterfall was with mentioning though. After securing a car to take us, the driver driver around town with us in the back for a 45minutes trying to pick up people to fill the two spare seats. When there were no takers, we took a detour via his house to pick up his wife and two children for a family day out! The people that we were with were getting a little frustrated but we were in no hurry and found the whole thing quite endearing. Can you imagine a London cabbie doing the same thing? "Hackney Baths? Sure mate, let me just stick the meter on and swing by Mare Street to pick up my little boy. It's not just lane swimmers is it?" Brilliant. Such a literal example of the Laos Pleas Do Not Rush mentality that embraces the idea of finding enjoyment in everything you do, especially work.
