I'm not that into hammocks.  I've always made a total tit out of myself trying to get in and out of one.  Then you swing for ages and get sea sick; particularly if you've been on the sauce the night before.  However when you've sunk into one and find yourself with an attractive girl lying on you, it changes the dynamic immensely.

We've taken a day trip to Paradiso, a local hostel come lagoon, in the crater of an extinct volcano.  The sun s shining, the birds are singing...blah, blah, blah.

Generally I don't like 'relaxing'.  I get bored too easily.  Every where I look someone is reading a book in a swinging chair, sleeping in a hammock, or burning themselves to a crisp on a sun lounger.  It's not up my street.  I have ants in my pants and can't sit still and just 'be'.  Perhaps I have some kind of mental disorder.  At least I'm not a hippy.

Today is somewhat different.  I'm perfectly content to watch the world go by from the (relative) comfort of a bit of mesh strung between two poles.  I fall asleep.  With a human lying on me.  It's nice.  Maybe I can take it easy after all.  Maybe it's got something to do with being content.

The afternoon stretches away, yet the shuttle back to Granada comes all too soon and we leave paradise for an evening in town.  When I eventually get to bed, I'm feeling...slightly confused.
