We stayed at Geena's house the night before our flight so we wouldn't be so rushed driving to Charlotte that day.  She made the most amazing farewell meal including pork chops (Shane's request), mashed potatoes (my request), green beans, spinach, and even biscuits.  It was delicious.  Tuesday before our departure, Momma took us out for our last meal. Per our request we had Mexican. I wasn't so sure the next time I would get some white cheese dip and yummy margaritas!
We lucked out and were able to fly to LA first class.  What a tease that is before a 10 hour flight to Fiji, however I couldn't think of a better way to get this party started!
