I flew into Grenoble Saturday from Dublin, and stayed the night in a hostel that was very hard to find. I spent around 4 hours looking for it! I spent the next day waiting for my friend, Taylor, who is also from Canada, at the bus station. While I waited, I climbed the Bastile which is on one of the mountains surrounding the town of Grenoble. It was about an hour hike up, and offered an amazing view of Grenoble. I eventually met up with Taylor, and we went back to the hostel. After he had a bit of a nap, we went and had our pizza easter dinner, sure miss home cooking... Then we had an early night, because today, monday, was amazing.

Grandma and Grandpa on

Just to let you know when your back home we'll have another Easter Dinner with Turkey to replace the one you misssed on Sunday. Better than Pizza. Sounds like your having a great time and glad you have someone to travel with. We all miss you. Grandpa left for Nanaimo today to see Kevin and help him with house renovations. He'll be gone all week.
Our weather here has been wonderful. I'm even raking leaves today. Thinking about you. love you.
