Today I woke up later than usual, 2 hours in fact more than my previous best, which was 7:00 am. Thats right, I slept untill 9 O'clock in the morning :-) Because I slept in, I found a hidden pocket of energy within me. I have been getting lazy recently, and the only exersise I do is walking. I decided that I will be coming home an out of shape blob if I don't do something quick. I decided that I needed to go to a gym. I asked the receptionist at the hostel if there were any close, and she pointed a couple out on a map. I got to the gym, and it was out of the way behind a hotel. I thought: good, it will be cheap. Boy was I wrong... 10 ($16) for a day pass to this little gym... I paid anyway though, and realised how bad my health had got. Only then did I really realise what the absence of Soccer, Hockey, and work can do to you. How do people live without sports??? After two hours at the gym (I had to make it worth the money) I headed back to the hostel. I had met some guys last night from a buget airline company where they worked as flight attendants. Bob, was from Spain (don't ask if thats his real name or not), and Adam (for short) was from Italy. They had a long night, and were just waking up at around 12 O'clock. They layed in bed for another 3 hours after that. I had thought we would go for lunch together and waited for them to wake up. By the time they did, I still had not eaten, and was starving. I had thought to have a healthy salad to occumpany my workout earlier, but was hungry for more than a salad now. They recomended we go to an Italian resteraunt. So we did. I have to say, that the pizza was the best I have ever had in my life by a mile. Not at all what I had expected from Italian pizza, and nothing like the stuff from home. They just went back to sleep, so they can stay up till 8 am again... I can't stay up late tonight though I have a my bus tour tomorrow morning, that takes me up into the Scottish Highlands... I have just packed up my bag and have them ready for an easy departure tomorow morning.

Wow! you are ambitious to go find a gym. Thanks for the phone call this morning. It's so good to hear your voice and know you are doing okay. I can't wait to hear about your Scotland tour. Keep blogging.

Hi Steven! I just heard about your blog from Auntie Ang today. So cool to be able to hear what you are doing each day. Not near so scary for mom then :) Keiran went with his cousin to Vancouver Island for 2 weeks -- I should have set him up with something like this! joke. We'll be reading along each day. It's fun to see your photos. love you.
