One of the filthiest and least interesting city centers yet seen! But Cebu is really all about the nearby islands and beaches and resorts, none of which I saw this time due to bad luck with the weather. I believe Cebu is The Philippines busiest port, and it is the site of Ferdinand Magellan's death when 1 local chief, rather than submit as all the others had, took down the famous explorer with a good toss of the spear, so they say!
