Yesterday I got the early ferry into the city with Ness again with a list of things to do! I had an arranged appointment at 11am with BNZ bank to finalize my bank details and collect my bank card Yay I now have a working Kiwi bank account :] In the morning before I went to my meeting I went to the AA building by the Sky tower to look into getting a New Zealand driving licence. Like everything else in this country so far it was incredibly easy, all I needed was two bits of ID and proof of address! I got the proof of address from my bank statement, then all that was left to do was a 2 minute eye check and to pay $44.30 (�20) I know have a temporary driving licence and a card on it's way!

I had lunch with Ness and we went round a few shops in her break and I got myself a new t-shirt. I didn't spend much of the afternoon in town and got the bus back to Half Moon Bay as I was excited about getting home and updating my iPhone with the new OS..Lame I know :] Oh yeah I also tried getting my phone unlocked today but they don't seem to be able to unlock the version of software I have on mine and even if they could it would cost me $60, That's another reason I wanted to get the new OS4 on my phone and I heard It will automatically make my phone unlocked. All evening I tried downloading the little file nessary file to update my phone but unfortunately the internet, I think in this house alone is sooo so slow that it was impossible! The rest of the night was spent eating pasta and butter and watching 'Sweeny Todd' with Ness.
