Today Chris, Vanessa, Paul and I took a trip to Hunua falls about half an hours drive south of Auckland. This is my first time seeing New Zealand outside of the city and suburbs and it's just breath taking! Really can not wait now, to start my walk across the country. It's going to be so incredible! Hanua falls was a pretty litlle place. We took a small walk upto the falls and had a quick look around but we didn't stay very long as it was a little wet.

Once back we spent maybe hour back at hour before we left for another little trip up to Mount Eden. This is my first ever visit to a volcano. We drove right to the top and had a look around the city. Unfortunately the weather was awful, really cold and windy and not very clear. I'd like to go back another time on a clear day to see the views properly. Before we came home we meet Liz in the town and went for coffee at a small place called 'Circus circus'

This evening great. I planned to go out tonight later but before I did Nessa, Paul and I went out to get a curry from Howick, Yum! We also picked up a few a bottles of beer from the liquor store then came back to eat. I also got to watch the first half of the rugby and see my first All Black haka! I left the house just before half eight so i would be have plenty of time to get down to the port  and be able to catch the 8.45 ferry into the city.Once down there I couldn't see anyway ferries waiting or even coming or going. After having a closer look at the timetable I realised I had been looking at the Mon - Fri times, not the Saturday's so I had infact missed the last ferry by about 3 hours opps :S I came straight back up to the house and on route text Marie to let here know I'd be late or see if it was possible to get a lift! It was:] It was a little annoying I missed the ferry but i meant I got to relax a little longer and watch the rest of the rugby before she arrived!

Marie came with a few others and we all went back to her place first for a few drinks before getting a taxi into town to meet another group or people in one of their flats. As soon as we arrived they had just started playing a drinking game called 'Circle of Death' I think I was quite on the ball so didnt't get to wasted before we went out! We had to walk to the club in the rain and went to a place called 'Be' quite close to the bottom of Queen street! I enjoyed it there and had a few drinks bought for me :] We left around three am and Marie, Inka and I went for a coffee before heading back to the flat to sleep!
