Had lunch today at the "Beer Gardens" in the city of Chapala.  The Tall Boys Band will be playing tonight.  They are one of the most popular Gringo Bands around here.  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pV4xh4g5WJQ  They were setting up as we had lunch afterwards we walked the Malecon and got some great shots of kids, boats, people, vendors, ... ...  It is so different than the US.  Something is going on here all the time. 

I'm including some shot from the other day.  The Hotel Real De Chapala is only two block from our House. It has a wonderful bar dedicated to the memory of one of Mexico's most beloved movie stars.  Maria Bonita(Maria Felix)  It is a stunningly beautiful setting on the lake.  Check out this link http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ggu5XJnmKx4

Steve, you most definitely have the artistic sensibility for photography. Your images have interesting compositions and you have an innate sense of light and shadow as well. Keep up the great job! I'm enjoying seeing your photos very much!
