After Jai phoned last night we now know that Phil and Sangwan are coming to see us tomorrow and will probably be staying a couple of nights. First job this morning therefore is a bit of laundry and then getting the new bedroom ready for its first visitors. It is very humid again today and we are desperate for a heavy storm. The village mayor made an announcement this morning that vaccinations aganist bird flu 2009 would be freely available at the village clinic today so I take Jai off for an injection. I dont fel a thing - probably because I dont have the jab ! We finally manage to stop our icecream man when passing and fill a tupperware box with coconut icecream thats gets popped in the freezer. Instead of cake this afternoon we enjoy apple crumble with ice cream and very nice it was too. Late afternoon the TV shop phone with good news ? No, only to tell us that the TV wasnt ready yet !
