Have to go into Phon Thong this morning although I am not looking forward to the ride in. Jai does some laundry first thing whilst we wait for it to warm up a bit. Leg is feeling a little better every day but has a long way to go. This evening Jai makes an apple crumble to try and cheer me up which we eat with some coconut ice-cream - very nice.
