Awake with the alarm just after midnight and watch England 1 v 0 Spain. An almost sleepness night was not a good way to follow too many beers but I am surprised to wake with only a slight trace of a headache. Jai is not so fortunate ! Spend the day dossing around the house and in the afternoon Jai slept in the garden whilst I lay reading.
