It is very cold again this morning and we stay indoors all morning not doing a great deal.  After we ave eaten I have to get out and do something.  Jai's mother gets through her leaves like wildfire so this afternoon we bike to a neighbouring village, Coke Lam, and go to Jai's brother Yut's farm where we gather another huge bundle of leaves for her. She will have to start working for herself again soon so we are getting her stocked up.
Phone EgyptAir in Bangkok to confirm flights and am told that there has been a change to our return flight times but apart from that everything is OK and they will send me another confirmation e-mail.
There is a religious party of some sort going on at the temple all day today and the musicbooming out o all PA speakers around the village is driving me nuts.  We are only a few hundred yards away from the temple so get the music direct as well.  I have been told that this evening lots of people will walk around the village throwing stones onto the house roofs to ward off ghosts etc.  I had thought about sitting outside with a pile of stones of my own to throw back but...  I could have told them that it was a good luck English custom to throw stones at people at who threw stones on your roof.  It could have been particularly lucky if you were actually hit with a stone and even luckier if it hurt !!!  Anyway, no-one showed up that this idea was shelved and probably just as well.
This is our last lottery day today and with luck being the subect of tonight stone throwing we didnt have any this afternoon.
