A restless night with tummy trouble that has been hanging around for a few days now and doesnt want to be shaken off. Bake another couple of loaves just before John and family turn up for lunch. They come back about 3pm and we drive to the resort outside Phon Thong. I am impressed at first sight. The pool isnt big but is nicely landscaped with lawns and flower borders and surrounded by small huts with thatched roofs for eating and drinking. Have a good swim and good food - had a big fish which they went and caught for us from a pond next door as soon as we ordered.
