We nearly always have a fried egg on toast for breakfast. Recently I found some sausages at the local market and not wonderful and made from chicken they are OK. We are also cropping handfuls of tomatoes from the garden each day so ourr breakfast now includes sausages and toms as well as the egg and toast. Now we also have real bread, well, ...
Lunch today had to involve bread didnt it ?! A quick poke around in the garden yielded some lettuce, spring onions, big onions, corriander and tomatoes so I made up a salad and with a big lump of bread and some of the blue cheese that John gave me a week or so back it made a really nice change from rice, rice, rice ...
