Jiap is off back to Bangkok this morning and with almost everyone else already gone it feels really quiet again. Great !! I burn off all of the rubbish that has accumulated over the last week or so. We have been finding it impossible to buy coconut milk at the shops or market recently but this afternoon our neighbour offers us a real coconut that has just started to fall from their trees. This gives Jai the opportunity to use the 'rabbit' that Tom made for us back in England. I have no idea why it is called a 'rabbit' but basically just a cutting tool to scrape all of the filling out from the coconut shells. Tonight we have the first curry we have had for ages.
Jai's mother is not a happy bunny again tonight with no TV but hey, tough sh*t !!
