Clearly I was expecting a welcoming party of Olympic proportion. They know a Schlittler was coming to town!! The flight from holland was an hour and I was lucky enough to get moved to first class with Marlin and sit with him. He was an excellent shoulder to drool on ( after I hit my head in the arm rest that was pushed up....I need an adjustment!). The flight was quick and that airport is amazing. Clean and quick and no hassle. We got our luggage quickly and then headed for the rental car. We got a wagon that is called a skoda. It is awesome. Built in GPS and amazing tunes for the quick drive into Mulhouse France. We found parking and only had one major eye roll when we missed a turn. We had planned to take the 458 train but were early, unfortunately had to wait. In the mean time we went to a cafe and found Brie and smoked ham sandwiches and mushroom pizza that had a crust second to none!! We ate lunch in the park and soon found ourselves waiting for the train. As we stood in this walkway I noticed a few people looking down as they passed. I figured out what they were looking at. Marlin's calves!!! They are ridiculous according to nikolas hertrich and apparently the French think so too!! We had a good laugh! Keep on flexing!!

I knew Nikolas couldn't be the only one!
No picture of the infamous calves?
