I am feeling really good right now, things are looking up! A few months ago when I went home , and was charged an extra $100 on my way back to Ecuador in LA, at TACA airlines. Well I fought it , like I said I would. I was it sure what was going to happen but I had to try,$100 is a lot of money here in Ecuador.
When I get return to Ecuador in March, I went down to the TACA office, in Cuenca ,to try and get my money back. I told them my story and give them my ticket studs and told them that I was never informed that I was going to have to pay $100 each way for changing my ticket bla, bla, bla.. . I said the things I needed to say in order to defend myself and get my point cross to them. The sale woman was very patience with me and said she would see what she could do to help. So she send all my information to the customer service department .They would then handle it and send me an email letting me know if I would be refunded my money. A month has passed and had gotten any email. I went back down to the office to found out was going. The women, then informed me, that they need a copy of my passport. So I gave her a copy and she said I would get an email by the end of the week. Three more weeks passed and still no email. So today I went down there to see if she had an answer for me. She did, she said I was getting my money back! I was thrilled! I fought TACA and I won! Woo whoo.
I also found out that I am getting out of school earlier than planned, our last day of school was going to be July 18th but we were told we had to stay until July 28th to take inventory and other end of the year stuff. The new last day of school is July 11th. I hopefully only has to stay a few days the following week to finish things up.
I am changing my flight to come home August 1st! I will be home for 6 weeks this summer. I am looking for work for the month of August . If anyone has any work for me or knows someone who may need some help this summer, that would be great!

I am leaving tomorrow for the beach! I am taking my last three vactions days and heading to the beach!.
