11th Corinne's birthday.
After again 6 1/2 (5 1/2 of driving and 40 min of boat, the rest break and gas) we were back at our little apartment. Really nice to be back and find our own things, our great rain-shower and big screen tv. We want to be spoiled for a week ! We went for a walk and to a place where we could use Wifi so we could phone Corinne, Renato and maybe if possible my mother to congratulate them. We had sent a card and a little film we made with us singing happy birthday in Portuguese and Dutch at the same time and it turned out hilarious ! We did this at 7 o'clock in the morning so it was 1 o'clock in Spain, Corinne loved it so that was great ! We had a nice talk to Corinne and also later on with Renato who was at his work. Than Andrea bought some food and ingredients and made a great spaghetti !! Ahhhh che buono !!!!!!!
After that we looked at some episodes of Heroes and dead as we were again of traveling we fell a sleep.

12th
Got a motorbike, brought the camera away to see if they could clean or repair something which seems to be on one of the lenses, let's hope it's just dirt !!! Did some more shopping and got a big wallet so we could fit in the dollar bills as it seems that they don't accept them when they're old or folded !! What a pain !
The rest of the day we just hang around and felt real lazy. Made a big salad for lunch, that's something we really miss here in Thailand !! But here we can buy everything we want ! Had dinner at "Emily's" where they have Wifi so we can try to skype and facetime to everyone.

13-15th
We've been spending a lot of time around the pool talking to all kind of people but especially Dutch couples as they seem to have invaded our building suddenly. Fun to listen to all their stories and gossip after all this time.
We've booked almost all of our rooms for Myanmar, which was quite a pain in the bum.
Brought our camera for repair/cleaning and should get it back tomorrow, let's hope and see.
Sent some mails, whatsapp's and read a lot in our kindles, especially Andrea who's fanatic with her Tudors family books. We were sad to find out yesterday that Paola had fallen ill and is in hospital for the moment, we are communicating with Dennis who's off course with her and we send her all our love and positive energy and hope she will recover soon !
Got our clothes repaired and washed all around this area, that's really handy here.
Spoke to my mother by facetime again yesterday which was fun, the neighbor is back, which is great so we have Wifi in our apartment again :-)
Remco and Asia sent us a picture of when they were dressed up for a 20's party, really cute, we'll put it on the blog !
Now we're in our favorite bar/café Emily's for a drink and we might go for a walk and we'll see.

17-18th
We've been really taking it easy the last days, the pool, discovering small shops and restaurants, walking on the beach especially in the evening before sunset and talking to Mariette and Barry, Thea and Henk and buying food for a female dog that had 10 puppies of which we think 2 died as they suddenly disappeared from the little alley which she uses as her nest. They're so cute, only start to waggle the last days, she's got a big job to do !! We also met an old French man that drove around on his old motor cycle every evening to feed the street dogs, he had big pots of food with him and all the dogs knew him and came running. Nice to see there are such good people around !!

We found out where to get the minibus that will take us to Victory Monument in Bangkok and get our Visa for Myanmar.

19th
Got up at 6:15, had breakfast and walked with our backpacks for a month to the minibus stop.
We left at 7:30 and arrived at Victory Monument at 10:25,
