Less than an hour north of Amman Jerash is known for the ruins of the Greco-Roman city of Gerasa. It only took a few hours to see it all including a show at the partially restored hippodrome which included Roman Legion tactics, mock gladiator fights, and chariot exhibitions.

Just a short visit here, off to Israel next.
