Journey to the airport was non eventful apart from Rob asking me to stop so he could check he had his passport half way up the M1.

Checked in ok although it was touch and go whether our bags would meet the weight requirement.

Rob weighed in at 17.5kgs and I weighed in at a measley 14 kgs - still means i get more room for souveniers!

Flight delayed by an hour so will see how that affects our plans - we are on a tight schedule.

Next stop Paris!
