Back to work again

On a Saturday, the first beautiful Saturday we have had in ages, we decided to go for a walk around the local park.


We know one the things we have mentioned before are Michelin Babies, but we have never been able to send a good picture of one until now.  This was a beautiful day and Steve and I weren't wearing coats for a good portion of it.  One of the traditional things that are done for children is the wearing of massive clothing in the winter...and split pants.  This kid is probably wearing three or four layers of clothes or more.  Traditionally this can be done between National Day (1 October) to Labour Day (1 May).  Many of our students ask if we are cold when it is 25 degrees (75 degrees) in April and we are wearing a t-shirt.


We were also able to go over to a new friends', Erna and Dagwin, home for dinner.  They own two birds and one was very...um...vocal and loved heads.
