Day # 5 - June the 14th,2007
Water - water everywhere
As we got up in the morning at 5 am bad news awaited us .The sky had not cleared up, worse sill it was raining outside. We were a bit tired and there ensued a discussion as to the feasibility of Kafni Trek. Finally we abandoned the idea of Kafni Trek and slept through the next couple of hours. After breakfast we started out for Khati where we had our lunch and then on to Dhakuli. All the way along it had been raining. So were we right in our decision?
The evening at scenic Dhakuli
We reached Dhakuli at about 2:30 p.m. and decided to proceed towards Loharkhet after a quick meal. But some of us were tired and we called it a day.
The evening was spent at the scenic Dhakuli where we spent the evening watching the clouds playing in the blue sky, mist running all around us often changing directions and the cows grazing in the green pastures surrounded by the trees and light fog as the sun broke through the clouds, presenting a scintillating view in the sky.
