The sun came out awhile after we left Kinsale for Kenmare. The scenery was lovely
We watched several sailing yachts and small boats sail out of Kinsale. At several small bays along the way, people were out in small sailboats, maybe groups of young people taking sailing classes during vacation?
The early part of the day we followed the beautiful southern coast of County Cork. We stopped to see a rock circle at Dromberg. It dates from the Bronze Age. There were also remains of a hut and cooking house.
