this week end I refused to go walking in the mountains because I had more and more pain on my left hip. so we decided to fly to Barcelona and have a relaxed week end there but when we came back on sunday evening I could not walk at all !

This morning I went to the doctor at the Sport clinic in Z�rich and I have a double muscular tear. So now I have to walk with sticks at least three weeks !

Bye bye training....this is a very bad news !
