Laguna blanca camp
South Lipez is one of the most natural attraction I have seen so far! Its isolation has preserved this marvel. South Lipez is a fascinating area surrounded by deserts and extinct volacanos in contrast with multicolored lagoons with rare flamingos, hot springs, fumaroles, geysers, boiling mud pools, steaming streams, wind-eroded rocks...The clean air is bitterly cold and night temperatures can drop below -20° > My COLDEST night so far!! Especially without any kind of heater! I couldn't feel my feet during the entire night. But at this altitude (above 4 000 meters), the purity of the atmosphere and the night sky lighted with millions of stars is an invitation to the most peaceful dreams ;-) If you can, listen to the following link when you see the pictures (one of the most favourite song of our driver/guide Andre and mine too ;-) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pdPA2sEfBdo&a=GxdCwVVULXe1FnRqpRs_nTcJdIxKqA27

I am amazed! The landscape is so desolate but so beautiful too. Brrrrr!
South Lipez in Bolivia is one of my most favourite place so far! Even if it was really cold there...
