Sorry about my title. I have nothing against Boston! It's just that we only stayed a day there, so we didn't get to do many activities. Right when we got to Boston, we started looking for the Thinking Cup, a restaurant we heard was good. We had quite an adventure getting there, because our GPS wasn't working. It took hours, but we eventually got to the Thinking Cup and had some sandwiches. Even with the long time looking for the Thinking Cup, our day at Boston was very relaxing! We walked through some parks, and there were lots of beautiful flowers. My favorite flowers we saw were really awesome looking. They looked like just purple puffballs on top of the stems, but when I got closer I could see that they were made up of lots of tiny purple flowers! The parks were nice too. In one park, there was some type of festival going on. There were people dancing and there was music, and people were giving away balloons. A man selling balloons made a flower one for me for free! Later, we saw the place where people had the Boston Tea Party. I expected that there would be a big deal made out of it, but it was just a quiet little harbor. I think our day at Boston was a perfect way to start our trip!
