We arrived in Winnipeg on a rainy morning... around 4am, actually... we took a cab to the HI Hostel and hoped our room would be free before 3pm check in! It was, and we went straight to bed! Winnipeg was lot of fun, lots to see and do. The live music scene is pretty sweet, and we ended up going to a live blues show. We got some downtown shopping in, and walked around the city for hours, to the parliament, to the park... and on to the Forks , where two rivers meet. It was a good time in Winnipeg...and we weren't too stoked about getting on the bus for the longest (22 hours) ride of our lives...to Toronto. :o)
