From San Sebastian we went on a daytrip to Bilbao, about an hour's busride away, to see the Guggenheim modern art museum. The building was very cool, as was the outdoor art. Some of the indoor exhibitions were great too, but overall we found them disappointing compared to some other modern art museums (e.g. Kanazawa in Japan and Arhus in Copenhagen).

You might have been disappointed but it looks pretty impressive to me. Maybe it is like the giraffes!!

The building was impressive, just not the stuff inside. Perhaps it is a bit like the giraffes :)
