Hej då (pronounced hey doh) Sverige. Goodbye Sweden.
I realise you need a lot longer than 3 days to understand a city, but I think I managed to see quite a bit. Stockholm must be an interesting place in the summer time surrounded by so much water and islands. I've loved this trip through all 3 countries and seeing it in winter has been spectacular and unique. To experience it in the warmer months would also be enjoyable and completely different.
Travelling back to Helsinki on a ferry which is as big as a cruise ship. Overnight cruise arriving in Finland around 10.30 in the morning.
Bizarre experience of a ship with a mini mall, restaurants, casino, show girls and bands. Freaking weird. Thank God my cabin has a TV with a movie channel.
Exciting moments, no not the duty free store where everyone else went crazy! But going through ice fields the whole trip. Loved watching the colours change and the movement of the ice.
