The next day, it was not a very good start for us, all the public transport were on strike!! We had to take a picture of where our apartment is, in case we couldn't pronounce where it was, and couldn't tell the taxi driver where to fetch us, haha.
We started the day by making ourselves a greek style breakfast, with some greek sausages, greek bread and greek soup. Our 1st attempt with making greek food, haha.
We managed to walk around in the city center area, around Syntagma Square after taking a bus, and guessing where to jump off.
Most of the attractions were closed, so we might as well spend our time hunting for souvenirs.
We took a long way, and walk through the ancient Athens.
And finally reach a cafe and stopped by for a break. We tried Baklava. But it was too sweet for our liking.
Our dinner at city center, in a very secluded restaurant, hidden away in an underground basement. The meat is good, fish is ok, but the garlic sauce that we orderered is horrible!!
