A luxurious layover on the way from TZ to Kenya, I stayed on the African Queen (really the boat that the African Queen was chasing in the movie, but whatever) in the cute town of Mwanza, on Lake Vic in TZ.  A sweet resort that I will stay at a day longer next time, with a pool & 2 very nice restaurants.  The food was amazing, & I scored the Hepburn Suite on the bow of the boat, with it's own little balcony ~ it couldn't have been sweeter.
