Okay first of all our day trip in Santorini might just equal the best day ever. It started with a hike up an active volcano. There was lava running only 4 km below where we were standing. When you dug a hole in the sand you could feel how hot it was...INSANE. So after our hike up the volcano we got to refresh ourselves by jumping off our boat into hot srpings followed by a mud bath. Then when we were swimming away back to the boat Robby randomly saw mountain goats standing on the cliff above us SO randomly great!!!!AFter lunch on an island the boat dropped us off in Oia it's a city at the very top of the island. Toured around the city and got to watch the sun set. Had a true backpacker dinner.......feta cheese, bread, tomatoes and beer on a Greek roof top!! Life is good!!
ps sunsets are LONG and we got bored...well distracted and decided to make some shadow puppets on the wall behind us...needless to say we got some looks and laughs from others around us...enjoy our shadow puppet show!!
