Greetings from Edinburgh. We stayed in a fantastic hostel about 20 minutes outside of town right on the WATER...it was beautiful!! (check out the pic) We trekked into the city and saw the Edinburgh Castle, we had a guided tour, saw the crown jewels and saw the cannon fire at 1pm! The castle was right in the heart of the city and we had to walk the Royal Mile to get to it.Robby finally had her free HAGGIS tasting!! We then took a bus to our Scottish Grandparents place where we were treated like queens for the weekend. They took care of us and showed us some great sites nearby. Our time with our Scottish Grandparents was spent eating lots!! lots of Margarets home cooking, chocolate, family walks, relaxing in their fantastic gardens, laughs and Alec even entertained us with his impressive bagpipe skills!!! hahaha Thanks Again for everything!! We're still working on our crosswords!!!
