No self respecting Cuban would dare serve up dinner without 'Black Beans & Rice'.

Mostly to remind myself, as I've not had the opportunity to try out these recipes. BUT black beans and over white rice has to be on of my favourite dishes since I've been travelling. Liz would be proud as its entirely vegetarian too!
