I had Spearmint Lemonade for the first time last night, with a rather fine shrimp Jalfrezi and thought I'd share, what with the English summer just round the corner.

The recipe in the attached link is the closest I could find on the web to what I had.

You'll need to change the recipe so you make sure you use spearmint and ice cold spring water, whizz it in the blender with some ice...
