I have to tell you, Cozumel is not my favorite place to stay.  In fact, it´s one of my least favorite on this trip.  But the dives today were amazing!  They were drift dives, but not like the ¨drift dives¨I did in Utilla.  These were fast drifts.  They were no turning around drift dives.  I set my buoyancy and leaned back and just rode the stream!  Amazing! 

They were a blast.  We saw a turtle on each of the two dives.  Big turtles!  Galapagos size turtles.  We saw an eel that was probably five feet long.  There were a lot of fish, including groupers.  And did I mention that it was a fast drift. 

i definitely dig the drift diving here.  I might have to stay in Playa Del Carmen and think about a drift dive over there.  At $60 for two dives, it´s almost too good to be true.
