Hello everyone! How have you been?? Greetings from Jönköping, Sweden!
Long time since I wrote for last time about my adventures. For those who know me for a long time, you are aware that every time I go traveling I like to send mails and data reporting all the random things that happen in my ordinary life. For those who do not know me for long, now you know.
I have many things to tell about my time as an exchange student. However, this blog will talk about the highlights of everything that has happened in my life between I left Europe and came back in the last two and half years (Aug 2005- Dic 2007).
IDRYO
Returning
from Europe, I got into a student group called IDRYO, Advertising and Creative Circle (which is a totally opposite thing compared to my career, finance) where after leading a revolution and overthrow the president at that time, I was promoted first to general coordinator and finally president. There I learned many things and found myself in situations that really make sweat a human being, like being about to be kicked out from school, owe more than 5,000 dollars due in 2 weeks to random people, or having to talk in front of more than 200 people while doing somethig funny... It was cool though! But I would never repeat it ... I think the most important part I and many people did, was traveling like crazy. Narrated as a Record Guiness, organized together with my team trips to 23 cities with over 270 people traveling by bus a distance of more than 12.000 km. For those who have no idea of what may become this distance and it sounds like when politicians speak of millions of dollars, is somewhat similar to the distance between Alaska and Patagonia. And for those who do not know where is the Patagonia, go and search on a map, don't be lazy bastards!

Hola a todos! Como han estado?? Saludos desde Jönköping, Suecia!!
Mucho tiempo tenía desde que no escribía de mis aventuras. Para quien me conoce de mucho tiempo, sabrá que cada vez que salgo de viaje me gusta mandar mails informando que acontece y datos cagados de mi vida ordinaria; quien no me conoce de mucho tiempo, pues ahora lo sabe.
Tengo muchísimas cosas que contar de lo que me ha pasado durantemi tiempo como estudiante de intercambio, sin embargo, este blog tratará de todo lo que me pasó desde que me fui y volví de Europa con los highlights de mi vida en los últimos dos años y medio desde que escribí el último correo porque creo que me han pasado cosas bastante padres.
IDRYO
Regresando de Europa, me metí de lleno a una asociación que se llama IDRYO, Circulo de Publicidad y Creatividad (la cual tiene un enfoque completamente opuesto al de mi carrera, finanzas) donde después de encabezar una revolución y derrocar a la presidenta en ese momento, me puse aguacate y ascendí primero a coordinador general y finalmente a presidente. Ahí aprendí muchísimas cosas y me encontré en situaciones que realmente hacen sudar a un ser humano, como estar en peligro que te corran de la escuela, deber mas de 50,000 pesos que debía de pagar en menos de 2 semanas a gente aleatoria o tener que hablar y a la vez ser cagado enfrente de más de 200 personas… pero pues bien padre! Aunque nunca lo repetiría… Creo que lo más importante que hice y que marco a muchísimas personas, fue viajar como loco. Relatado a manera de Record Guiness, organicé junto con todo mi equipo de gente que viajaran a 23 ciudades del país más de 270 personas recorriendo en autobús una distancia superior a los 12,000 Km. Para quien no tenga idea de cuanto pueda llegar a ser esta distancia y que le suene como cuando los políticos hablan de millones de pesos, es algo similar a la distancia entre Alaska y la Patagonia. Y para quien no sepa donde queda la Patagonia, vaya y búsquelo en un mapa, no sea huevón!
