Of course two weeks in Calgary has flown by. The highlights: seeing more friends and my Dad, a huge Christmas dinner, a trip to Eckville, movies, more shopping, more eating, and surviving court! We are finally completely done with all things associated with our house, and can move on, hooray.
I just have to take a moment to say thank you to all of my friends and family in both Van and Calgary who went out of their way to see me while I was home. Between dinners, brunch, coffee, etc. it was wonderful to see everyone and catch up. I had a great time, and I feel like I had Christmas while I was home and am not missing out on anything. Though I still expect phone calls on Christmas!
The weather of course has been complete crap, usually -20 or below the whole time. Though days before I arrived they were having record highs of +21, go figure. Well, now I feel like I have had winter as well, and I am glad that is over!
Anyway, tomorrow it is back to London, and on to the next phase of the trip...
