Today I headed down to the Market Porter pub near London Bridge (which is not very spectacular, but the Tower Bridge is!). After a crazy tube journey Dave and I found the place, and eventually met up with the others. Later we had dinner at a place called "Pizza Express" which I expected to be just like Pizza Hut, however it was quite nice! (And inexpensive by London standards)

Next, on to meet up with Emily, Dave (who is still trying to place me at Ben & Ange's wedding!)and their friend. After a ridiculous mobile phone game of "where are you, I can't find you" we headed to yet another pub. Where this jolly fellow with rosy cheeks tried to guess whether I was an Aussie or a Kiwi! When he found out I am indeed a Canuck, he proclaimed that I don't say "eh" enough! Which apparently others agree with. I shall have to work on that, as I don't want to abolish any stereotypes on my journey :) I was also told I don't look Canadian (whatever that looks like) as I have a more Mediterranean colour. As I have said all summer, unemployment is good for the tan! We closed down the pub (sadly at 11 pm) and headed for home.

Glad you're getting to the theatre
Hey Lady,
Nice work on seeing a play in Greece!! Sounds like things are going swell and you are being well taken care of! Keep having fun... I love getting the updates..Nothing new in Cowntown.. except I took the condo off the market - the leak in the building needs to be fixed before it can sell.. oh well..

Re: Glad you're getting to the theatre
did I just hear leaky condo? Yikes! Our posession date was the 16th, so hopefully all went well! Good luck to you when it goes back up for sale. At least you won't have showings for a while!!
